The Renton Regional Community Foundation is led by an all-volunteer board of directors, comprised of small business owners, corporate managers, professionals, government officials, and community leaders. Along with the executive director, these individuals are active in the community, bringing a high level of expertise and experience to further the Foundation’s mission.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

LeAnne Moss

Recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as a Woman of Influence, LeAnne is a leader in the philanthropic and non-profit community. She has more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership working for social change. For 15 of those years, LeAnne was Executive Director of the Women’s Funding Alliance in Seattle, having developed the organization into a well-respected, highly impactful grant making organization. LeAnne’s experience also includes founding a micro-enterprise organization in Michigan, initiating a leadership and racial equity project, fulfilling senior interim roles, and sitting on a variety of community boards. LeAnne is motivated by advancing equity in the world through personal, community, and systemic change. In her spare time, LeAnne likes to hike, spend time with friends (and her cats), eat dark chocolate, and explore new places.

 

 

OFFICE MANAGER

Gloria Hatcher-Mays

 

Gloria is a project and program manager with over 20 years’ experience working for both for profit and non-profit organizations. She lives in Renton with her husband of 37 years. The foundation of her career was in technical work in the telecommunications industry, and she was responsible for transitioning service delivery for telecom services during divestiture of the Bell System. She has executive experience as the Director for the Pike Market Senior Center & Foodbank, and for the Home Care Association of Washington. Her most recent position was with the City of Seattle and the Manager of the Utility Discount and Affordability Programs. Whenever possible she heads outdoors to explore trails on horseback with her friends, family, and her husband.
